Introduction
ACC 브런치콘서트(Brunch Concert)
Jinho Hong Cello Recital Cello Tanz with Cho Yoon Seung
The bow dances in his hand.
Cellist Jinho Hong overcomes yet another boundary to showcase the wonders of the cello!
Jinho Hong is the cellist of the band Hoppípolla, the winner of the 2019 JTBC audition show SuperBand. Since then, he has brought his talents to various stages in a drive to showcase the beauty of the instrument. Hong has branched out beyond classical music to encompass jazz, pop, tango, and other genres to communicate closer with the public.

“Tanz” is the German word for dance, and the Brunch Concert Program is likewise organized around the passionate elegance of dance music. Through that, the concert showcases a different side of the cello, where the stereotypical emotional and gentle melodies of the instrument step back in lieu of dynamic and flamboyant sounds. In particular, this recital will showcase the new songs written by Jinho Hong, which will undoubtedly enrich the musical spectrum of the program.
